✅ Resolved - The metrics publication pipeline has been fully restored. All datacenter performance metrics (DAL1, HEL1, LAX1, MAD1, MUN1, SEA1) are now being collected and published correctly to the public status endpoint. Historical data has been backfilled for the affected time period. (23/Jan - 17:45 UTC)
ℹ️ Update - Our engineering team has identified a configuration issue in the metrics aggregation service that prevented collected datacenter metrics from being published to the public endpoint. While metrics were being gathered successfully from all regions, they were not propagating to the status.ondiversity.cloud dashboard. A fix is being deployed and metrics publication should resume shortly. (23/Jan - 16:30 UTC)
🔎 Investigating - We have identified that while datacenter performance metrics are being collected successfully across all regions (DAL1, HEL1, LAX1, MAD1, MUN1, SEA1), they are not being published to our public status page endpoint. The collection infrastructure is functioning normally, but there appears to be an issue with the publication pipeline. This does not affect the actual service performance, only the visibility of metrics on our status page. Our team is investigating the root cause. (23/Jan - 14:22 UTC)
