📢 Announcement — As part of a strategic restructuring initiative, DIVERSITY is formally separating its Americas (AMER) and European (EMEA) operations into two independent entities, effective 9 March 2026.

What is changing:

Starting 9 March 2026, status.ondiversity.cloud, the main website, customer console, billing portal and all DIVERSITY-branded platforms will progressively reflect European (EMEA) services only. AMER services — DAL1 (Dallas), SEA1 (Secaucus), and LAX1 (Los Angeles) — will be gradually removed from all public-facing surfaces as the transition completes. This process will happen in stages; no services will be cut off without prior notice to affected customers.

The Americas operations will continue under a separate entity, with its own status page and infrastructure ecosystem. AMER customers will receive direct communication with full details before the transition affects them.

What’s coming for EMEA — new Amsterdam region:

As part of this renewed focus on European infrastructure, we are actively onboarding AMS1 (Amsterdam, Netherlands) as a new EMEA datacenter. AMS1 will expand our European footprint and improve resilience and latency for customers across Western Europe. Further details will be announced as the onboarding progresses.

What stays the same for European customers:

  • All existing EMEA portals, domains, and billing systems remain unchanged
  • Your services are not interrupted by this change
  • Support channels, SLAs, and contacts remain the same
