🔧 In Progress - The scheduled maintenance window has begun. Our team is actively carrying out the planned work on our core platform services. The services listed below may be intermittently unavailable or degraded until the work completes, expected by 21:00 UTC. (10/Jun - 16:00 UTC)

🛠️ Planned Maintenance - We will be performing scheduled maintenance on our core platform services to improve performance, reliability, and security. During this maintenance window, the following services may be briefly disrupted:

  • Website (ondiversity.cloud): Intermittent availability and slower page loads.
  • Client Portal: Temporary connectivity interruptions and degraded performance.
  • Billing System: Delayed invoice generation and payment processing.
  • Support Portal: Delayed ticket submissions and email notifications.
  • Support Phone: Possible interruptions to inbound and outbound calls.
  • Payment services: Intermittent failures when processing transactions.
