🔍 Identified - The root cause has been identified as a hardware failure of the RETN carrier switch. A technical team has been mobilized to the AMS1 datacenter to assess the equipment and carry out remediation. (16/Jul - 12:58 UTC)

🔎 Investigating - Our upstream carrier RETN has reported a link outage affecting connectivity to the AMS1 datacenter.
