Scheduled Maintenance - AMS1 SIP Switch to DR

ℹ️ Update - Action required for SIP customers: please use sip-dr.ondiversity.net instead of sip.ondiversity.net in the meantime. Once the rack move described below is completed (planned for the weekend starting Friday 16 October 2026), SIP traffic will return to sip.ondiversity.net. 🛠️ In Progress - We are switching our SIP service in AMS1 over to a disaster recovery (DR) environment hosted by OVH, outside our own infrastructure. Next week we will be moving the servers that make up our SBC (Session Border Controller) between racks inside the AMS1 datacenter. To avoid interrupting customer traffic during that move, we partnered with OVH to run SIP from a DR environment in the meantime. Window: 10 October 2026, 10:00–14:00 Madrid time (08:00–12:00 UTC). 📋 Scheduled - On Saturday 10 October 2026 we will switch our SIP service in AMS1 to a DR environment hosted by OVH, ahead of moving our SBC between racks inside the AMS1 datacenter next week.
