✅ Resolved - The DNS resolution instability affecting our public websites and domains has been resolved. No customer infrastructure or services were impacted during this incident. A temporary patch has restored normal operation, and a permanent solution will be deployed in the following days. All systems are now operating normally. (16/Dec - 23:00 UTC)
🔎 Identified - The root cause has been isolated to a DNSSEC Key Collision within the upstream DNS provider’s backend. Following the migration, residual cryptographic signatures (Zombie DS records) in the global registries are conflicting with the newly provisioned zones, resulting in SERVFAIL responses for root domain queries. We are currently performing a manual “hard reset” of the chain of trust and bypassing the affected backend shards where possible.

🚨 Investigating - We are currently investigating a critical outage impacting external DNS resolution for all primary corporate domains (ondiversity.net, .es, .cloud). Users may experience inability to resolve site IP addresses or “Server Not Found” errors. This incident stems from a planned infrastructure migration that has encountered an unexpected backend synchronization state. Our engineering team is manually intervening to clear the conflicting cache layers.
